Dubai based IT solutions provider ProTechnology and Russian UV-Led printer manufacturer Sun Innovations have taken franchise for MEA first "SUN Studio". VIP guests, Vladimir Kozhevnikov, Russian Commercial Counsellor, and Farida Kamber Al Awadhi, President, Association of Professional Interior Designers (APID), have inaugurated UV-Led demo centre Talking to PrintWeek MEA, CEO of ProTechnology, Jamal Maraqa said: "The investment in Dubai's setup is from both ProTechnology and Sun Innovations. And we want to show the industry what are the capabilities of this UV-LED technology. Also right from the beginning we have involved our three customers in Dubai in this project as this should not compete with their setup. The customers have enough business from the market and they are convinced about this setup.
"The total investment is about $200,000. We wanted it to be a prototype of the ideal setup," he said. Read more (Visit Printweek website)
